I completely changed my idea. At first I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Then the further into the project I got, the more I realized it didn't mean anything to me. Part of me was thinking that it was WAY to late in the game to completely change everything I was doing, but then I realized I needed to do something that MEANT something to me. Not that my other idea wasn't a great cause, it just wasn't personal. I had to think what I wanted to do. I'm a dancer and at competitions sometimes we end up with like one number in between our previous dance and the next dance. I thought to myself: "How can I make changing my hair makeup and outfit completely easier?" Then I got my idea. The dancer's kit. Everything you need to get ready in one organized kit. Quick Changes just got Quicker.

My idea came from a story I saw on the news. It was about how a woman's wedding fell through at the last minute. Everything (including the food) was already paid for and ready to go. Instead of wasting the food she opened it up to the homeless people in the area so they could have the food. I then realized that there was so many other things that homeless people need. The everyday needs that we all have and get to use every day are tings that many people don't have. I thought that I could make care packages and donate them to a local homeless shelter. I just thought it was crazy how everything that we have every single day is something that lots of people would long to have. I think we should all realize how privileged we are and help someone out in the world.
